Your Information

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy covers Hunt Premier Landscaping’s website. When you ask about a project, your details are for that conversation and the work that follows — not for a list of sales calls.

When you request an estimate

The form asks for your first and last name, phone number, town, chosen service and a description of your project. Email is optional. We use these details to contact you about an estimate, plan the job and do the work.

Who sees your request

Adam receives your request. AxisSites, the company that builds and runs this website and handles its leads, stores the submission and emails it to him. We never sell your request or pass it to a call center or lead reseller. We don’t share it with marketing partners, advertisers or affiliates.

Booking with Google

The booking calendar is Google’s. Booking sends your name and email to Google and creates a Google Meet link. Google is involved for scheduling, not for handling the estimate form. Its calendar sets Google cookies. Google explains its handling of this information in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Visits, cookies and browser storage

Our own analytics, handled through AxisSites, record pages viewed, referring page paths and events such as estimate-button clicks and form submissions. This helps us understand how the site is used. These analytics don’t set cookies or send the contents of your estimate form.

Separately, browser session storage remembers how you arrived: page and referral URLs, campaign or ad-click identifiers when present, and device type. Those details accompany an estimate request so we can understand where enquiries come from. This is session storage, not a cookie; Google’s calendar cookies are separate.

How long we keep information

  • Estimate requests that don’t become work are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
  • Customer and job records for work we’ve carried out are kept for 7 years.
  • Site analytics are kept for 26 months.
  • Lead notification emails are deleted on the same schedule as the record they relate to.

Asking about or deleting your information

To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask for it to be deleted, email Adam at Adam@huntpremierlandscaping.com.

We confirm your identity by matching the phone number or email address used on your request. We acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete them within 30 days across the website system, our records and the notification emails, with the exceptions below.

We keep records of work actually carried out for the 7 years above for tax and warranty purposes. We also keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself so the same details aren’t added back.

Backups are kept for a limited period and overwritten on a rolling basis. When we delete your information it is removed from our live systems straight away, and it disappears from backups as those are replaced.

If you booked through Google’s calendar, we delete our copy of the booking. Google also holds booking information under its own privacy policy; copies in your Google account remain with Google.

Children

This site is for people arranging landscaping work. It isn’t directed at children. If a child has sent us personal information, please contact Adam at the email above.
